BRSR stands for Business Responsibility and Sustainability Reporting.

BRSR is a more evolved version of BRR.

It was implemented by SEBI on May 15, 2021.

The BRSR guidelines are intended to encourage businesses to incorporate sustainable and responsible business practices into their operations and ensure their performance in the following aspects:

  • Environment
  • Social
  • Corporate Governance
