What kind of waste is butter paper used for cakes?

Largely most items can be identified as wet waste and dry waste.

Once the butter paper has been in direct contact with the cake or has been used somehow during the preparation of cakes, it is identified as wet waste.

That being said, butter paper that is used strictly for the packaging purposes can be identified as dry waste.
