NCA are National Competant Authorities.

National Competant Authorities are involved in the implementation of the Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism also known as CBAM.

Importers will be granted authorization by the NCAs to access the CBAM Transitional Registry in the respective Member State.

Working with the authorities and the registry is part of the CBAM compliance service.
