Monocrystalline Solar Panels along with other types of panels have been used in the generation of solar power for several years.

These panels are made up of several monocrystalline solar cells. These cells are made out of a single crystalline silicon ingot. Since, these cells are made out of a single crystalline silicon ingot, monocrystalline solar cells is homogenous, purer and have a uniform black look.

Because of this, monocrystalline solar panels are slightly more efficient compared to polycrystalline solar panels.

The approximate efficiency of Monocrystalline Solar Panels are in the range of 18% to 24%.
