The CBAM Registry is a digital, web-based registry developed by the European Union under the Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism.
It is used to:
- facilitate the collection and disclosure of data regarding:
- eligible CBAM goods;
- installations and their operators; and
- the specific embedded emissions (SEE) of eligible products imported from non-EU countries; and
- share data and communicate with the respective National Competent Authorities and customs authorities.
Reporting through the CBAM registry is part of the CBAM compliance service.
