What is CBAM Declarant Portal?

The CBAM Declarant Portal is a specific part of the CBAM Registry that allows CBAM declarants — in particular, installation operators outside the EU — to disclose their relevant information, including installations and specific embedded emissions data.

It facilitates data submission in a simplified manner, reducing the need to share data individually with multiple declarants within the EU. This provision was made available as of 1 January 2025.
