When do the Plasitc EPR compliances come into effect?

Plastic EPR Compliances were notified by MoEF&CC via Fourth Amendment to Plastic Waste Management Rules 2016.
This notification was published as EPR Guidelines on 16th February 2022.
They are applicable on Producers, Importers and Brand Owners and are also referred to as PIBO Compliances.
