What are the conditions for grant of Ecomark?

Under the Ecomark Rules 2024, an Ecomark may be granted to product(s) if they adhere or meet specific sustainability or environmental criterias such as :

1. Reducing or minimizing Resource Consumption
2. Reducing or minimizing Environmental Impacts
   1. On Climate Change
   2. On Nature
   3. On Biodiversity
3. Reducing or minimizing Energy Consumption
4. Use of Recycled Material or is Recyclable or both
5. Reducing or minimizing generation of Waste
6. Reducing or minimizing Emissions
7. Reducing or minimizing pollution through physical effect
8. Reducing or minimizing use and release of Hazardous Substances
