CSRD stands for Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive.
Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive is a regulatory framework introduced by the the European Union aimed at improving the transperancy and disclosures of information under the following heads:
- Environmental
- Social and
- Governance
The CSRD entered into force on 5th January 2023 and the organizations subject to CSRD will have to report and disclose according to the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS).
