The EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR) came into force on June 29, 2023. After two postponements, the requirements become applicable to Medium and Large Companies from December 30, 2026, and to Micro & Small Enterprises from June 30, 2027, as set by Regulation (EU) 2025/2650 of December 23, 2025.
