Since the applicability of EPR Compliances in India, various eligibility criteria have been illustrated by the authorities. Almost all types of organizations and business fall under these mandates.

Currently, only Brand Owners falling under Micro and Small Category of MSME are exempted from compying with Plastic EPR Compliances.
