Currently, for Transitional period from 01/10/2023 to 31/12/2025 and initial phase of Definative period starting from 01/01/2026, following sectors are covered under CBAM:

1. Iron & Steel
2. Aluminum
3. Cement
4. Fertilizers
5. Electricity
6. Hydrogen
