The solar industry has seen rapid growth and a major contributing factor has been the surge in solar farms popping up across the globe.
A Solar Farm is also referred to as Photovoltaic Power Station.
Solar farms can be defined as a collection of solar panels or solar arrays used to generate around approximately 1 MW of electricity during peak output periods. Currently there no numerical limits to how many solar panels constitute a solar farm.
Since there are no standardized definitions for solar farms, majority of the industry also refers to solar farms as utility-scale solar applications.
