What is CBAM Declarant Portal?

CBAM Declarant Portal is a specific part of the CBAM registry that allows the CBAM Declarants, more specifically, installation operators outside outside the EU to disclose their relevant information including installations, specific embedded emissions data.

The CBAM Declarant Portal shall facilitate the data submission in a simplied manner eliminating or reducing the need for having to share data individually to multiple declarants within the EU.

This provision for the CBAM Declarant Portal shall be made available as of 1st January 2025.
